# Dancer
Dancers are the souls of a professional dance crew. They show their charm on the stage. Every dancer has certain dance power, higher star level dancer will have a higher value.
By assembling dancers to the crew calculating the total amount of dance power will be determined which level of battle you can challenge.
Dancers determine the dance power of your professional dance crew.
## Hire Fee
The fee for hiring is **$20 BUSD**. It will be **paid in $MDC tokens** through the oracle mechanism.
## Hire Amount
Select how many dancers you want to hire at once:

## Dismiss Dancers
Dancers can be dismissed, which **will return 20% of the current hire fee to the player in $MDC.** To dismiss a dancer, usually, when you are not satisfied with their Danc Power, just click the "dismiss" button
On the Dancer page, you can also use the filters, the "select all" button and the "mass dismiss" button to dismiss multiple dancers at the same time, based on your filters. Mass dismissing might result in a slightly different gas fee compared to dismissing dancers one by one.
